First, the basic situation

Our team has 6 oil production classes, with a total of 63 oil wells and 39 production wells.

At the well site 21, the daily production of liquid is 324 square meters.

The pollution sources in the oil area are mainly two major sources of pollution from sewage pool leakage and crude oil leakage.

Environmental pollution incidents may occur due to poor drainage channels in the well site, excessive water storage in the lagoon, heavy rains and earthquakes, landslides, and bad storage tank valves.

Fourth, preventive measures

1. Reserves of relief materials: oil absorbing felt, oil absorbing pillow, iron shovel, sandbag, shelf car, raincoat, rain boots, etc.

2. The well site is on duty 24 hours a day to check the pollution source of the pollution incident. The inspection should be detailed and in place to ensure that there is no hidden danger in each well site. The water level of the sewage pool is normal, the drainage ditch is unimpeded, the drainage facilities are intact, and abnormalities should be detected in time. The team duty report is reported.

4. Strengthen the rain and fog period to check the key prevention scope of the sewage pool and the well site to see if there are cracks and landslides. It is found that the pits under the raining and scouring are backfilled in time, and the water leak is found. Immediately find the leaking point and block with sandbags.

5. Observe the valve of the oil storage tank and find that the valve is bad. Replace the new valve early to prevent the oil from leaking and causing pollution.

Fifth, the start of the emergency plan

When a major pollution accident occurs, the person should report the situation of the sewage leakage or crude oil leakage to the oil production team's duty person, which may endanger personal safety. The personnel should immediately evacuate to the safe east location. After receiving the report, the oil production team will collect the rescue in time. The team rushed to the scene, immediately prepared relief supplies, and organized rescues. The sewage leaked: the sewage truck was called to drain the remaining sewage, and the manpower was used to block the breach and handle the site. It is a leak of crude oil: use the soil to cover the pollution area in time, find the leak, block the leak, and absorb the oil from the storage tank. The crude oil is sucked up with a felt. After the site is processed, the emergency team members can be evacuated from the scene.
