In the face of the arrival of the new semester, I really realized the feeling of shouldering heavy responsibilities. On the contrary, it gave me the motivation to do a better job. In order to carry out the work in an orderly manner, personal work and school work took off at the same time, giving full play to their abilities. Special plans are as follows:
I. Subject content and student profile In this semester, I have completed the 1-6 grade music class and the 5th grade ideological and moral class. According to the arrangement of the school district and personal circumstances, I will study and study ideological and morality while taking good music lessons. I am not limited to music majors, and constantly improve myself in my work.
Below I will focus on the situation of learning music in the lower grades: before Guo Xiaosheng re-entered the school, he has not undergone auditory training such as interviewing and comparing, and often produces different degrees of difference. They often go out of tune when they sing. The beat and the rhythm are not stable, and it is often easy to go to the sound when singing the scale. These phenomena all indicate that most students in the lower grades do not have accurate pitch and time value concepts. Therefore, I will train students' accurate pitches and time value concepts in a timely manner based on the characteristics of “first-time admission”. It will be beneficial to future learning and enable them to have a keen listening ability. Of course, the cultivation of the concept of pitch and time must follow the law of learning music. Pay attention to the students' interest and acceptability, so that the teaching methods are in line with the teaching principles and the characteristics of the music discipline, so as to achieve good teaching results.
Second, the work requirements and ideas to ensure the implementation of teaching work, self-requirement in the work is as follows:
1. Correct educational thoughts, facing all students, comprehensively understand students' ideological and moral, safety, study and life, and deeply understand and guide students.
2, for the teacher, the words and deeds are generous, actively cooperate with the school education and teaching work, and earnestly complete the task of the school temporarily handed over.
3, go deep into the classroom, fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students to learn music, pay attention to inspire and induce students' participation in participation.
4. Participate in student activities, pay attention to observe and guide some “student students”. Encourage them to participate in activities to promote the physical and mental health of students.
