In the past year, from the perspective of teaching quality, it has received good results. It is urgent to further optimize the collective lesson preparation process. In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of the collective lesson preparation, according to the requirements of the Municipal Education and Research Office's "Notice on Carrying out the Activities of Collecting and Competing for Excellence in the Group of English Teaching and Research Groups of Lianyungang City", combined with the actual situation of the small country of our town, the preliminary plan is now formulated as follows:
I. Strengthening the work leadership In order to further strengthen the leadership of the English teaching and research group in the collective lesson preparation work, we set up a collective preparatory class leading group with the head of the school as the leader of the school, and set up the head of the central school as the leader of the school, and the film-level English teaching and research staff as the deputy head. The business steering group set up a grade preparation team with key teachers with strong sense of responsibility, serious work and team leader. The responsibilities of each group are clear. The preparation team leader should arrange the time for personal research, group discussion, final photocopying, and make timely records. The teaching office conducts monitoring and management of the preparation course at any time.
