Inspirational story

Closing your mouth is a power

There was a tramp, walked into the temple, and saw the Buddha sitting on the lotus platform worshipping everyone, very envious.

Tramp: Can I change it with you?

Bodhisattva: As long as you don't speak.

The tramp sat on the lotus platform. His eyes were full of noise and chaos all day long. He always resisted not opening.

One day, I came to a rich man. Rich man: Ask Bodhisattva to give me virtue. Shantou, got up, his wallet fell underground. The tramp just wanted to remind him that he remembered the words of Bodhisattva.

After the rich man left, he came to a poor man. Poor: Ask Bodhisattva to give me money. The family is seriously ill and needs money urgently. Shantou, got up, he saw a wallet falling underground. Poor: The Buddha is really fascinated. He took the wallet and left. The tramp wants to say that it is not a manifestation, that is something that people have lost; but he remembers the words of the Bodhisattva.

At this time, a fisherman came in. Fishermen: Seeking Bodhisattva to give me safety, there is no wind and waves in the sea. Shantou, got up, he was just about to leave, but he was caught by the rich man who came in again. For the wallet, the two wrestled. The rich man decided that the fishermen had picked up the wallet, and the fishermen felt that they could not be tolerated. The tramp can no longer stand, and he shouted: "Stop!" told them all the truth. A dispute has subsided.

Do you think this is correct? Bodhisattva: You still have to be a tramp. You openly think that you are fair, but the poor do not get the life-saving money; the rich did not repair the good deeds, the fishermen went out to the sea to catch the wind and the sea. If you don't speak, the lives of the poor are saved; the rich lose a little money but help others to accumulate morality; and the fisherman can't get on the boat because of entanglement, escapes the wind and rain, and is still alive.

The tramp quietly left the temple...

Many things, what to do, just like. Waiting for it to happen naturally, the result will be better. When faced with reality, who knows what the outcome of the thing itself is like?

It is a kind of ability to wait and see, and it is a cultivation.
