He has the ability to move forward to a lofty goal, albeit very slow, but very solid. He can go to today, in my opinion, it is completely deserved.

There is a line in "Let the Bullet Fly": the step is too big, it is easy to pull the egg. A person's level of promotion is similar to an electronic transition, not a gradient, but a level of steps. If you want to jump too high at a time, you can't jump and fall again, it is still in place. But even if you only go to a small step at a time, three or five steps down, you will find that it is a far cry from the previous realm.
