School laboratory accident handling emergency plan

In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of school laboratory accidents, prevent the expansion of the school laboratory story, and ensure the safety of teachers and students in the laboratory for education and teaching activities, this plan is formulated.
First, the handling of the accident:
1. Fire accidents are handled according to the fire accident handling plan, and operate in the following order: alarm, evacuation, etc.
2. In the event of a student injury accident, immediately send it to the school clinic. The school doctor decides whether to send the hospital to the injured person. If the situation is serious, immediately send the injured person to the hospital or call 120. Inform the class teacher in time.
3. Notify the parents of the injured student and tell the truth.
4. Protect the site.
5. Major accidents must be reported to the Education Bureau immediately, first or later.
6. Carry out after-care treatment, receive the parents of the students, and make claims or compensation negotiations.
Second, the prevention of accidents:
1. Reasons for causing laboratory accidents: flammable materials in the laboratory encounter open flames and electric fires; experimental personnel are not operating properly; students are exposed to dangerous goods by themselves; and flammable and explosive materials are poorly managed.
2. The experimental instructor is responsible for his work, rich in professional knowledge, qualified and competent.
3. The school strengthens the education of students' behavioral norms. Do not touch laboratory items at will; educate students not to use open flames in the laboratory.
4. Students must conduct experiments according to the standard operating methods under the guidance of the teacher.
5. The laboratory's flammable, explosive or toxic materials must be kept in a “double double lock”. In order to prevent theft or outflow of highly toxic materials, an alarm device must be installed at the storage.
6. Unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter the laboratory at will.
7. Laboratory wires and electrical appliances must be inspected regularly, and problems should be repaired and solved in time.
8. Equipped with a sufficient number of fire-fighting equipment as required.
