Emergency plan for school food hygiene accidents


In order to effectively strengthen the health and safety management of school canteens, and to ensure the health of students, in combination with the actual situation, special emergency plans for food hygiene emergencies are formulated.
First, preventive measures:
1. In strict accordance with the Food Sanitation Law, restaurant staff conduct health checkups on time, and no health certificate is strictly prohibited.
2. Sign a food hygiene responsibility letter with the staff and link it to the salary.
3. Regularly organize canteen staff to learn the relevant laws and regulations and related files of food safety management.
4. Establish daily inspections and records of canteen hygiene.
5. Establish a school food poisoning report and notification system.
Second, food poisoning emergency plan
1. When teachers and students have symptoms similar to food poisoning, they should be promptly sent to the school clinic for a new diagnosis. At the same time, they should call “120” or send them to the hospital for treatment.
2. Report to the Education Bureau and the Health and Epidemic Prevention Department promptly.
3. Establish a food trial and taste system, and do all the food and food sample retention work for the health department inspection. If it is due to eating off-campus food, it will also actively cooperate with relevant departments to sample.
4. Quickly check the list of teachers and students who eat poisonous foods and check their physical condition.
5. Notify parents in a timely manner and do the work of parents and their families.
6. Actively cooperate with relevant departments at higher levels to do a good job in diagnosis and treatment, investigation of accidents, and handling.
