Second, the scope of application
1. This plan is applicable to the rescue work of heavy and extraordinarily serious accidents in the enterprises directly under the jurisdiction of the township and in the township.
2. The major accidents referred to in this plan refer to accidents that cause significant personal injury or serious economic losses as well as serious nature and significant impact.
Anyone who meets one of the following conditions is a major accident:
(1) An accident involving 3 or more casualties;
(2) An accident in which a total of 10 serious injuries and more were killed;
(3) Acute poisoning accidents involving 10 or more people at a time;
(4) An accident that caused direct economic losses of 1 million yuan or more at a time.
3. The extraordinary accident in this plan refers to an accident that causes more than 10 deaths or huge economic losses and is of particularly serious nature and has a major impact.
Third, the accident report
1. Heavy and extraordinarily large accident reports must be forwarded, accurate, comprehensive, and not reported.
The contents of the report are: accident time, accident location, accident unit, brief situation of the accident, rescue situation, number of deaths, number of injured, estimated direct economic loss, etc.
