Can’t let it go because it’s not enough pain

A bitter person said to the old monk: "I can't let go of some things, I can't put down some people."

The monk said: "There is nothing that can't be put down."

He said: "I can't let go of these things and people."

The monk asked him to hold a teacup and then poured hot water into it, pouring it all the way to the water. The bitter person was burned and immediately released his hand.

The monk said: "There is nothing in this world that can't be put down, it hurts, and you will naturally let go."

In fact, we can't put it down a lot: if we have a fame, we can't put it down; if we have money, we can't put it down; if we have love, we can't let it go; if we have a career, we can't put it down.

This is because we still have thoughts in our hearts. For example, there is still hope for love. We hope that the future will change, and the greed in our hearts is still stalking. The other party’s behavior has not touched its own bottom line. In short, I did not let myself hurt.

Putting it down is actually an epiphany. Indecisive people often think about it, pick it up slowly, and put it down slowly. If he has experienced a major change, such as rubbing his shoulders with death, then this kind of slam will make him suddenly become a person. Looked open, bearish, and naturally put down.

There is a person who goes out to work, and wading through the mountains, it is hard work.

Once through the steep cliffs, I accidentally fell into the deep valley. This person saw that life was at stake, and his hands were caught in the air, just grabbing the old branches of the dead trees on the cliff, and finally saved the life. Suddenly I saw the compassionate Buddha standing on the cliff and looking at himself kindly. If this person sees a savior, he will quickly ask the Buddha to say, "Buddha! Please be merciful and help me!"

"I can save you. But if you want to listen to me, I will have a way to save you." Buddha said kindly.

"Buddha! I am listening to you all."

"Okay! Then please put down the hand that climbs the branches! When you put them all down, there will be nothing more, you will be freed from life and death."

When this person heard it, he thought: When the hand is released, it will fall into the abyss, and it will fall into a broken bone. Where can you still keep your life? So continue to grasp the branches. The Buddha saw that this person was obsessed with it and had to leave. In fact, the man is only one meter away from the ground.

The reason why we are suffering is because people who have desires and who are carrying their desires and thoughts every day are naturally very tired. Seeing things and seeing things, people are gratifying.

Just as we bought a new house and started to frantically buy things in the space of the room. After many years, you will find that this room is piled up like a small alley. You feel particularly depressed and want to throw something out. At the time of throwing this, I felt that it was too commemorative, and left it; when I threw it, I felt that I wouldn’t have it after throwing it, or keep it.

In the end, you can't bear anything, so you can only endure a small space and endure a repressed life. If one day, your room leaks rain, wet things, or you don't have a place to go, so you have the courage to throw. This is really painful, and I dare to let go.

The old ones don’t go, the new ones don’t come. The stopwatch is only constantly cleared to better determine the speed at which you run. In the face of the future, if people do not clear in time, what you carry will blur the index of happiness, and then let you lose yourself in life.

Tou Fuller said: "Remembrance is like a wallet. If you put it too much, you won't be able to get it. The things inside will fall out." The past things can't be forgotten, but they must be put down. Once you let go, you are comfortable. Life is destined to forget something, and it should not be reminiscent of it, and too much nostalgia will become a kind of embarrassment. In any case, our steps are going to the front, not always looking back at every intersection we have in the past.
