1. Start an independent business

No one expected that an occasional gathering would open up a new world for Zhou Qunfei’s career, and thus opened up a far-reaching industrial revolution – the “global glass window industry”.
About one day in 2001, the owner of the company was received an order from TCL for a number of flip-top mobile phone panels. Excited, the owner of the mine company called Zhou Qunfei and several other friends to have dinner. In 2003, Zhou Qunfei partnered with others in technology and equipment to establish Lansi Technology Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, focusing on the development, production and sales of mobile phone protection window glass.

Zhou Qunfei based on his accumulated experience in the glass processing industry, and technicians after three days and three nights of repeated experiments, I finally made a sample.
The Motorola Purchasing Director called and hoped to cooperate with Lansi Technology. "The production capacity of Lansi Technology is all for Motorola. Happiness is a bit too sudden. "I can't believe I can climb such a big customer," Zhou Qunfei said.
At that time, Lansi Technology had to eat the orders of such big brands, and it was really a bit of a dim. "Enterprises do not have the skills to understand English, the financial pressure is great, and the production pressure is also high." Zhou Qunfei recalled the scene at the time, "but I can't help but hesitate, the other party only asks me to say YESorNO."
Unexpectedly, the order just came on, and the trouble came. The glass material used to produce mobile phone screens was a small Japanese company at that time. And this Japanese company has a very good personal relationship with the competitors of Lansi Technology. "The two of them want to join me."
At that time, Motorola's goods had to be urgent, and Japanese merchants demanded to pay for the goods first. In desperation, Zhou Qunfei had to sell his house for delivery and wages. "The most annoying thing is that Japanese merchants still don't ship the money." Seeing that the delivery date is approaching, and the raw materials have not yet landed, Zhou Qun is in a hurry and chasing Hong Kong to find a Japanese merchant "emergency."
